Day 2 – Plyometrics

Pam the Blam and I busted through another kickin set of Plyometrics today.  This was the first time that I had done the entire workout.  (during the trial runs I would skip sections)  After soaking the living room carpet in sweat I have come to the conclusion that this workout needs to be done in the basement.  First of all, it is much cooler down there, and secondly, all the jumping is knocking shit off of the shelves.

Nutrition:  Percentages were still screwed up today:  50% Carbs,  30% Protein, 20% Fat.   I have to get the carbs down and the protein up.  Been below 2000 calories each of the last 2 days but have not felt hungry at all.
