Ok, no P90X today and only played hockey. Felt much better on the ice, had much more energy than the past few weeks. Hockey season finishes up for the fall this Tuesday, so the next couple of weeks will only be P90X. My 30 day check point falls on Dec 27th, I can tell that I have been losing weight but I have no idea how much yet. I don’t intend to step on the scale until the 27th, and comparison pics will be taken then. Hope to see at least some changes.
