Third time through the Kenpo DVD and I am now a Hong Kong Phooey bad ass. Punching and chopping my way into perfect fitness and sleek and slender abs. OK, maybe not sleek and slender, but possibly less chunky. This is an OK workout, but I really think it would be much better if I did it with a Heavy Bag and my boxing mitts instead of just punching at air. Unfortunately my heavy bag is in the garage and it is winter time, so there is no flipping way that my ass is getting out there to do any workouts. But once the weather gets warmer I think it would be an awesome way to do that workout. Maybe if I do a second time through on the P90X or maybe as part of P90X+.
