Finally, an actual full day of rest. The past few rest days that I have had were actually travel days going to and returning from Vegas. I don’t know about you, but airline travel simply pisses me off and wears me out more than some workouts. Normally I would go off on a 3 paragraph rant here about airlines, airports and idiot passengers, but I am pressed for time today.
Anyways, a full day of rest was awesome and I am now ready to put full effort on both the workouts and diet over the remaining 27 days. Time to Bring It.
