Life got in the way of the workout today, so I just decided to skip day 39. I will be providing a more detailed write up of this workout once I actually do it. (According to my schedule it will be Day 47)
Tomorrow is Max Interval Circuit, the workout that kicked my ass up and down main street earlier this week. Of course I combined it with the fit test on the same day so I am looking forward to doing it without having done 30 minutes of Fit Testing prior to starting.
