Insanity – Day 50 – Rest

Rest day, and my big toe needs the day off.  Those side to side floor hops and ski-abs and in-out abs are killer on my big toes. 

I think I got a better workout today on rest day than I do on the non-rest days.  60 minutes of pushing a lawn mower in 75% humitity followed by 60 minutes of ice hockey.   I am whipped, especially for a rest day.
