Day 0 – Last of the Half-Assed

Today was the last of the “75% effort” workouts: Dynamix  It is not really a workout as much as it is a recovery stretch and minor abs routine.  Just the thing that I needed after 6 days of half-assing it through the first week of workouts in P90X3.   Tomorrow will be the official Day 1. (April fools day)   I intend to post daily (or as close to daily as possible) with reviews and breakdowns of each of the workouts, Tonyisms, Diet results and even Fitbit step and stair counts.  Measurements and photos of the great white whale may even be posted, so make sure you wear shades.
